Field Sales Executive - £18,000 - £25,000 per annum + bonuses
The role of the marketing consultant will be to generate new business within the Colchester & Ipswich area and maintain a customer relationship by servicing their digital and traditional marketing requirements. Your role will include writing marketing strategies, introducing and implementing new marketing ideas and reporting back with the results, as well as dealing with your clients current marketing that is already in place, these may include newspaper adverts, digital banners, leaflets etc, you will be dealing with other sales executives for client to ensure you get the best value for money.
It is important that you are driven, entrepreneurial, very well presented and have an impeccable telephone manner and written English. You will need to be creative, able to come up with new ideas and deal with challenges in your day-to-day role with enthusiasm. You should demonstrate a genuine desire to pursue a career in media sales, and have previous digital marketing experience (at least 1 year).
You will be part of a highly driven team, the companies’ goals are to open an office in various locations across the country 5 within the next 5 years. The right candidates that help with this goal and can prove their loyalty and worth may be promoted to Sales Manager of their own office.
Salary & bonus structure;
Annual wages start from £18,000 – £25,000 depending on experience and our bonus structure is unlike any other in the industry, you will be targeted to reach 6 new clients by 3 months or £1794 per month.
You will increase your own wage by the number of clients you retain, our average membership is worth £299 per month in return you will receive 15% each and every single month you retain that client.
Additionally, we offer a 10% bonus on website sales with our average website being £1500, your targets will be set 6 months in advance as we require our sales team to think ahead.
The role will typically also involve a great deal of digital and online marketing work, as employers will typically operate a website and social media accounts. As such, executives may need to look at analytics and come up with appropriate courses of action, produce written and multimedia content and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic advertising.
As such having a familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods is beneficial. As a Field Sales Executive you will be monitored on your retention results of your clients, your day to day responsibilities will include phone calls to your clients and to potential businesses, email campaigns & website design leads.
