Clacton Pavilion – Case Study
The Local Marketing Team have had the pleasure of creating Clacton Pavilion’s new website. We then helped to promote this website through social media marketing.
The Pavilion is an impressively vast complex of activities for a fun family day out. It includes an extensive selection of rides, bowling, arcade, the fantastic Armstrongs at the Pavilion restaurant and of course their brand new addition, Clacton’s largest waterpark!
Putting together our marketing strategy
Following the creation of their website, our plan for Clacton Pavilion’s social media strategy involved the use of promotional videos and pictures to showcase the varied parts of the business. We also pitched the use of Paid Promotion Ads to ensure quality and consistent engagement with their page.
We worked hard to ensure their website was stunningly designed and matched their core brand values, whilst also ensuring that the functionality was perfect for showcasing activities and booking events. Since then, we have been assisting Clacton Pavilion with social media management, including content writing and video production for Facebook and Instagram.
In regards to social media marketing, our goal was to enhance the growth of their page and build their brand awareness, which in turn would result in more consumers wanting to click the posts to then visit the new website. It was our unique ideas, innovation and proven experience which persuaded the Clacton Pavilion to make us their long-term strategic marketing partner.
Website Design & UX
Our goal was to build a website that looks as good as it feels. The client wanted a website to look amazing and convey a sense of family-friendly fun, which resulted in a unique, colourful design that’s easy on the eyes.
We made sure that we did not sacrifice user experience, which is why the site is so easy to navigate, and both viewing and booking the latest events is simple.
Social Media Growth
We proposed a social media strategy to the Clacton Pavilion with the aim of increasing engagement, likes and followers. To achieve this, our intention was to keep their Facebook page updated with news, videos, online exclusives, competitions and more. The Clacton Pavilion’s page likes on Facebook have increased from 3,224 to 5,144 between 2nd May 2019 to 6th September 2019. This shows improved consumer engagement since the implementation of our social media strategy.
